A Madison Avenue tradition for over sixty years
Flowers By Mary Jane opened its doors in 1961, back when a dozen roses cost about what a movie ticket does today. Anderson has changed a lot since then. Our corner of it has stayed reassuringly the same, a working flower shop where arrangements are still built by hand at the design table, one stem at a time.
We have marked generations of this town's biggest days. The proms and the weddings, the new babies and the retirements, the anniversaries that started as first dates we sent flowers to. That history matters to us, and it shows up in the way we treat every order like it is going to someone we know. Around here, it usually is.
Stop in and see us. The coffee pot is usually on, the cooler is always full, and there is a good chance we remember what you ordered last time.
